Global Training School (GTS) is a six-week summer cross-cultural school in a foreign country with the express purpose of training college students who are considering becoming potential long-term global workers in an international setting.

GTS locations vary each year.

Training consists of hands-on global work in the areas of evangelism, discipleship, micro-financing (business as a mission), community development, and personal study.
